Returns & Refunds

At BEIJA, each item is carefully prepared in small batches.

If, however, an item does not suit you, you have 14 days after receiving your order to request a return.

Return Conditions

Returned items must be:

• unworn,
• unwashed,
• undamaged,
• returned in their original condition.

Any product not meeting these conditions may be refused.

Return Shipping Costs

Return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer, except in case of an error on our part or a defective product.

Refund

Once the return is received and verified, the refund will be issued via the original payment method within a few business days.

Exchanges

Exchanges are possible depending on stock availability.

Non-Returnable Items

For hygiene and protection reasons, some items may not be eligible for return if specified on the product page.
