BEIJA offers textile pieces and accessories designed in small series.

The products presented on the site are described and illustrated as precisely as possible. However, slight variations in color or texture may exist depending on screens or manufacturing.

2. Prices

The prices displayed on the site are indicated in euros (€).

BEIJA reserves the right to modify its prices at any time. The price charged corresponds to the price displayed at the time of the order.

3. Order

Any order placed on the site implies acceptance of these General Terms and Conditions of Sale.

A confirmation is sent by email after the order is validated.

BEIJA reserves the right to cancel or refuse an order in case of dispute or payment issue.

4. Payment

Payment is secured via the platforms offered on the site.

The order is prepared only after payment validation.

5. Delivery

BEIJA cannot be held responsible for delays due to the carrier or circumstances beyond its control.

6. Returns and refunds

In accordance with current legislation, the customer has 14 days after receiving the order to request a return.

Returned products must be:

• unworn,
• unwashed,
• in perfect condition,
• with their original packaging.

Return costs are the responsibility of the customer unless there is an error on our part.

After validation of the return, the refund is made via the original payment method.

7. Exchanges

Exchanges are possible subject to stock availability.

8. Liability

BEIJA cannot be held responsible for indirect damages related to the use of the site or the products sold.

9. Intellectual property

All content present on the BEIJA site (texts, images, logo, visual identity) remains the exclusive property of BEIJA.

Any reproduction or use without prior authorization is prohibited.
